About Me
As a fourth-generation therapist, supporting others in creating meaningful change and personal growth is more than a profession for me—it is part of my family’s lineage. Life often brings challenges through relationships, family dynamics, career pressures, or moments of self-doubt. Therapy provides a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself, your partner, or your family. My goal is to offer a supportive and collaborative environment where insight leads to action, and change feels both practical and deeply personal.
I am a graduate of Boston University (B.S.) and Alliant International University (M.A.), and I have always been committed to lifelong learning and growth. My own journey has been shaped by its share of ups and downs, as well as many life decisions—from living across the United States to pursuing different careers—before ultimately finding the work where I feel most fulfilled and able to make a meaningful impact: becoming a therapist. Because I know firsthand that change is possible, I bring this lived perspective into my work with clients
In my personal life, I strive to create balance while practicing compassion for the areas where I still struggle. I find joy in movement, whether it’s yoga, hiking, or long walks with my dog, Cooper. I recently became engaged to my longtime partner, and I’m looking forward to beginning this next chapter of our life together. I also love exploring new experiences—traveling, trying new restaurants, and sharing meaningful time with friends and family. Adventure, connection, and the simple everyday joys are what inspire me most, both personally and professionally.
