As a fourth-generation therapist, my drive to alleviate suffering and support personal growth is part of my lineage. I am deeply committed to helping people make meaningful and lasting change in their lives. On a personal note, I am someone who finds balance and joy through movement, whether it’s practicing yoga, hiking outdoors, or going on long walks with my dog, Cooper. I recently got engaged to my longtime boyfriend and I’m excited to begin this new chapter of our life together. I love exploring new experiences, whether that means traveling to new places or trying out different restaurants and cuisines. Adventure, connection, and simple everyday joys spent with family and friends are what inspire me most.
