Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. TeleHealth appointments are available by video or phone.

Appointments
Before setting an appointment, I like to talk on the phone to hear a brief overview of your concerns, and to describe how I work in order to make sure we are a good match. Please use contact form or email me directly to setup an initial 15-minute consultation.

Practice Policies
If we decide to work together, and set up an initial appointment, I will email you a link to my secure patient portal via SimplePractice where you can complete new patient forms and read more about the details of how I work prior to our first session.

Fees & Payment
My fees are $200/hour. I request full payment on the day of service via credit card on file.

Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider with insurance companies, and I’m not a Medicare provider. I do offer electronic claims submission for clients who provide me a copy of their insurance information. Any payment from insurance will go directly to the insured.
